Do you want to be a moderator for our discussion groups or book groups? I guess you do. Well, then, here's what we're looking for.

We need People with heart, spirit, sensitivity and objectivity.

Yes all of these things at once. And we're not finished. Add a dash of diplomacy and the ability to think on the fly.

Mix with lots of strangers with varied viewpoints, all of whom you are not going to agree with, and you've got the idea of the type of moderator we're looking for.

You will be expected to "show up" for the sessions that you sign up for. You can let us know in advance via e-mail if you are unable for any reason to facilitate/supervise the group.

We will sign up people based on the calendar of events. If the events show little interest from the general public we will still run them, it's the internet, you never know who will sign up. The positions do not pay cash dividends at the moment. We can at this time, only offer experience and fun. If you are dedicated, you can grow with us as this site grows. It won't be free forever....the job, I mean. Take a glance at the contributor's guidelines to get an idea of what we are looking for in our staff.
